1st of 3 one 2 one with Rachel Thomas - Evans (Wales 18's) this morning. Broke the kicks out of hand right down and adjusted her ball placement and approach on goal kicking, and that put 10 yards onto her kick at goal ☺️ Great Session. Loads of improvement by end of session 3 👏
