We wholeheartedly support the initiative to get more fresh Florida products into food banks, to preserve it, we need Federal Government to help us in the choice of use of refrigeration versus mandatory certain refrigerant that artificially perceived less global warming potential forcing a higher price and milder flammable gases such as R-454B. Provide consumers choice of abundant refrigerant gas such as R-410A in equipment that are available but Federal mandates forced consumers to choose otherwise. That why grocery foods are so high and no body find out.
I stand with Florida Farmers. They deliver a safe, affordable, abundant food supply despite all the odds. They weather every storm. Repost if you agree #GodMadeAFarmer

Lee Zeldin, you must fix the Biden TT rule now because it kills affordability in housing ( new house AC with R-454b cost $5,000 to $8,000 more), groceries increase 20% cost passed down because the retrofit of HVAC and cooling system cost each store over $1 million, new truck with new flammable AC gas cost farmers $4,000 more, refrigerated warehouse, reefers, cold chain food, agricultural produce, and data centers are out of American reach. You must undo the TT rule before the midterm elections!
Many Americans have understandingly expressed concern, frustration, and opposition to how the Biden EPA, through its Technology Transitions Rule for refrigerants, was implementing the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act to phase out hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs). The AIM Act is a federal law that requires EPA to phase down HFCs by 85% by 2036.
In practice, the Biden EPA’s Technology Transitions Rule established more aggressive restrictions than required by law, resulting in higher grocery costs, reduced access to residential AC units and supplies, and far more complicated maintenance of equipment. It also hurt semiconductor manufacturing in our country. At the Trump EPA, we are taking action to fix this mess we inherited, which includes proposed flexibility on compliance deadlines while staying within the boundaries of the law. We will do EVERYTHING in our power to assist! If finalized, our proposed rule would correct what many have raised as a grave mistake by the Biden Admin. And for those who just want to directly eliminate (or amend) the federal law altogether, I’d note that would obviously require an entirely new Act of Congress.
The bottom line is this: The Biden EPA Technology Transitions Rule for refrigerants is simply unworkable, and the Trump EPA is committed to fixing as much of it as permitted under the law.
NOAA Withdraws Critical Right Whale Protection Rule Changes https://t.co/PZdFg1wiA4
This is a great news for Maritime Industries. This non-sense and no scientific justification by old staff of NOAA rules making is killing the maritime transport of our supply chains and military exercises in the Gulf of America. DOGE should look into EPA ridiculous practice in rules making, overreaching and exceeding legislative authorization that are wasting taxpayers' money and also slow down our economy.

Reporter question from today's press conference: "Your office told us that you plan to appeal the gender-affirming ruling from yesterday. So my question today, since we're talking about the budget of taxpayer dollars, why should taxpayer dollars go to this case for the appeal?"
Here's my answer.
@WiltonSimpson Not only that Senator Collins sponsored the History of Communism Task Force Force bill passed on the senate floor last Thursday. Thank you!
The right choice at the right time when Florida GOP much needed new blood for leadership to get back to unity, normal to concentrate for 2024 elections ahead of us and keeping Florida red!
Honored to have the endorsement of Governor Ron DeSantis in our effort to #KeepFloridaWinning! The Governor has invested millions with the party to register Republican voters and I look forward to continuing that effort.
