✍️All of us in the service industry are working hard to achieve a better lifestyle, life security, early retirement, and to spend money on the things we love the most. While most of this depends on yearly salary hikes, we need to remember that there are other factors that can impact our job satisfaction.

➡️According to a study by consulting firm Aon, India Inc is expected to give a 9.5% hike in 2024 vs 9.7% in 2023. However, if we remove inflation, then the real hike is 4.9%. While salary hikes are important, they aren't the only factor that determines job satisfaction.

✅Remote working, company/work culture, how we are treated by management and teammates, and other factors can have a significant impact on our overall job satisfaction. So, while a better salary is always welcome, we shouldn't overlook the importance of these other factors in our pursuit of job satisfaction.

The in-person events require a lot more effort, but the energy is worth it. As a speaker, I'm always thrilled to share my experiences with attendees and network with like-minded people.

I strongly believe that it's a two-way learning process, and I always learn something new from the attendees and other speakers.

Recently, I had the opportunity to attend and speak at one of the greatest in-person events for IT professionals, and it was an amazing experience.

Let's stay vigilant! Microsoft's latest Patch Tuesday revealed 2 zero-day vulnerabilities and 73 flaws in Windows 10 and 11. https://t.co/EQuos2utPE

According to the Microsoft Security Response Center (MSRC), these vulnerabilities include Internet Shortcut Files Security Feature Bypass and Windows SmartScreen Security Feature Bypass.
