The Hotel and Tourism College (HTTC) on Friday, November 28th, 2025 passed out 366 graduands during its 16th graduation ceremony at the Crested Crane Hotel Gardens presided over by Tourism minister and the Kyabazinga represented by the kingdom 2nd Deputy Premier Osman Noor.
