@xoeeie I tried gaming before. Got extremely frustrated,
So I put the controller down and took 5 minutes of huff and puff and blow the house in- then continued playing.
Imo breaking stuff is performative af
@ChubbBeary@abysskive that is a very toxic mindset to have.
And you either didn't read what I said or is still in denial.
Either way I am disengaging. I was hoping for a more mature response. So bye.
@ChubbBeary@abysskive men's silence isn't being "humble". It's unhealthy toxic conditioning.
Rebranding emotional suppression as "humility " is toxic. It feeds into the toxic masculinity that is paralyzing me. Which is ironically why its important to speak out more about men's mental health.
@Wat20771301@abysskive if pple complain, u still shouldn't be discouraged to take care of ur mental health or avoid spreading awareness.
Blaming women seems like a defense mechanism to avoid addressing toxic masculinity.
Esp since vulnerability is often policed by other men rather than women.
@SGC_jjplays2@abysskive Yeah my bad- i shouldn't have generalized all men in this when I was referring to the men I have seen online or encountered. I wasn't paying much attention when I posted that comment.
I am sorry.
@amzingwrldofaj@abysskive Exactly π
The only *genuine* posts I see about men's mental health awareness are from women or teachers..it's so disappointing when they literally need it-
@abysskive Not even men care about men's mental health awareness month.
They only bring up to complain about pride month and international women's day..
@ArisakaAya male victims are always either accused of being gay and forcing themselves if it is a man or get called lucky if it was a woman.
Humans are a cruel joke on the concept of humanity.
