For 65 days our SME client has been unable to send emails from Exchange Online, reported to Microsoft support on 3/6/25. Can Microsoft's 'customer support' get any worse? Stay tuned.

All the popups and constant changes to M365 and the settings you suddenly enable are maddening @Microsoft365. Small businesses do not have the resources to be continually monitoring this nonsense. Keep it stable, or we'll find another office app provider for our clients.
