May was a weak month compared to our prior 90 days.

Very fucking weak. Pathetic even.

Had to take some time away from the brand due to health reasons.

But we are back. Time to go harder.

UPDATE: We are back.

Nicotine (abuse) was the problem. Who knew a full can of 6mg pouches daily would cause such issues.

Despite smoking cigarettes for a decade, it was the “healthier” alternative that took its toll the hardest.

Feeling better than ever now though.

Feels like I’ve cut out a piece of myself by removing 3 things I used to run on daily

Life has been dragging me by my balls lately. Not a fan.

Been waking up anxious/on edge daily for the last week. Random mini panic attacks. Mentally exhausted.

Very out of character for me.

Maybe stimulants? Popping nic pouches like tiktacs may have caught up to me.

Quit nic and most caffeine completely trying to fix it

Went from 10-15 6mg pouches a day to 0. Still drink coffee but only a few sips

Have cried more in the last week than my entire life from frustration

How do people live like this?

Only way out is through- and fuck therapy
