Source: Will Anderson is signing a three-year $150 million extension that makes him the highest paid non-quarterback in NFL history. The deal includes $134 million guaranteed.
New Texans Braden Smith took 125 snaps at OT in college & 2532 snaps at OG. He came into the draft as a guard & was drafted as a guard but Indy had a personnel exec who believed he could stay at RT (after an emerency start vs. NE) so they tried it. They successfully transitioned him to tackle in a rare OG to OT move. The Texans have a hole at LG and two players on the roster to compete at RT so I'm guessing he gets moved back to guard with Houston.
Commanders Pro Bowl Lt Laremy Tunsil reached agreement on a 2-year, $60.2M contract extension with Washington, per his business manager Laolu Sanni of Divine Tree.
There are $61.5M in guarantees, including the biggest signing bonus for an offensive lineman at $32.5M. Tunsil was the NFL's 1st $20M per year offensive lineman. He was the league's 1st $25M per year offensive lineman and now the first $30M offensive lineman.
Love what Tytus Howard did for the Texans, but it’s worth mentioning his departure means the last trace of Bill O’Brien’s drafting is off the Texans roster.

Houston must really like Blake Fisher for RT, and have some other plan for guard.
There’s a ton of round 2-3 OGs in this class, so they must be locked in on those guys.
If Nick Caley stays as offensive coordinator, some realistic ideas to improve:
- Add another voice to the staff to help this system continue to grow.
- Use legitimate resources towards a true RB1
- Draft multiple O-linemen
- Find a in-line blocking TE2 so you can ditch jumbo
