Anoma plans an on-demand consensus framework. Rather than a single static validator set, applications spin up dedicated consensus modules, Chimera shards when needed and then wind them down during quiet periods. XAN-staked validators secure both the global network and individual shards, balancing throughput with cost efficiency.
