I want to add one more thing. And I think this is the most priority for Xbox.

Globalization.

There are so many people outside of the US/UK who have never heard Xbox or Game Pass.
Microsoft has talked about its goal of reaching 2 or 3 billion gamers. They need to let more people know about Xbox, and they need to localize Xbox in more regions.
