Glad to see that E33 got it's flowers this award season. It was a great year of games and a lot of other games deserve their recognition too, but I haven't played through a project that felt so passionate in a long time. Shoutouts to the Devs for bringing that to the forefront!

I think what was really impressive was that, while the game had some glaring flaws (movement jankyness, some bad camera angles, etc) I kept looking past them because the story was so moving, characters were so well realized, and the world was mind-blowing.

This was right when I had been passed the club presidency, we had 8 regular attendees at our weekly's total, across both Sm4sh and Melee.

I loved that our players would enter both brackets, even if they only played 1 of the games, just so the others could get some games in.
