@GabbyLogan Just finished reading your excellent book, The First Half, a riveting read on how you dealt with great fortitude the trauma you have been through and the positivity you applied to come through it and forge the brilliant career you've had. Inspirational.
Worth seeing from any angle. The Jubilee Tower on Castle Hill overlooking the town of Huddersfield in West Yorkshire affording brilliant views all around. Built in 1895 to celebrate the reign of Queen Victoria it's withstood all weathers to provide a fantastic landmark for all.
@ALANMYERSMEDIA@Tony11grant 100% agree. Met Tony Grant a few weeks ago at an Everton home match and he was absolutely brilliant sharing his memories of his playing days along with posing for photos.
Tennis from Indian Wells in California has just started. I'm so lucky to have visited the tournament on 3 occasions. A fantastic place to watch tennis for all lovers of the sport.
A great experience to be pitchside yesterday with Grandson Tom at the magnificent Hill Dickinson Stadium for the Unite for Access campaign.
You need to be pitchside to appreciate just how magnificent the stadium really is.
@emmo99 Had a great chat with Eamonn outside the stadium before the match. Top Guy. We were given a great parking space by the Accessibility Team where the players park. I was worried I might get mistaken for a player, the new star striker we desperately need!
@emmo99 Hi Emmo
Saw you going in last night with Jamie. Hope you had a good do despite the result. Bit of a break now for Everton before the visit of Man Utd a week on Monday.
Might see you there.
Bring it on!
@emmo99 Yes, had a really good chat with Eamonn O'Keefe outside the stadium before the match. We were given a great parking space by the Accessibility Team where the players park. I was worried I might get mistaken as a player. A new star striker that we desperately need!
Always a great experience, especially at night, to attend a Premier League match at Everton's magnificent new stadium even though we had to settle for a draw and great to engage with an Everton star from the 1990s, Tony Grant, after the game.
Onwards and upwards. COYB.
Rest Well Legend.
Tommy Wright RIP
A solid, reliable one club man who played 374 games for Everton and never once let us down or the England team when he proudly represented them.
Will be privileged to pay to him prior to our home match against Leeds next Monday evening.
