Sand Hills - #8/Top 100
1995 - Coore/Crenshaw
Bill & Ben were given a giant canvas and they chose to let nature dictate the course. They moved little dirt and simply found the golf holes that were provided.
It’s rugged, wide, and visually stunning. You discover more and more with each play. The wind can then add a new element, though we got very little.
It’s not just an important course in golf history, but it’s one of the purest golf experiences you can have. You are isolated with only the game when you walk the fairways here. (And it’s a great walk.)
One of the finest golf courses in the world. Blessed are all those who get the chance to see it.
Had a great time playing 18 with the boys at Pelican Beach Golf Course in Hyannis Nebraska, super underrated local course with awesome tee shots and small, subtle greens that are a lot of fun! @6Kylelake @bobcats_huddle @KdPhilly13
