SCOTUS today struck down President Trump's 'Birthright Citizenship' executive order.
However, travel Visas for the sole purpose of giving birth in the U.S. can be denied, with consequences on future travel.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers can legally refuse entry to pregnant travelers if they have reason to believe the primary purpose of the visit is "birth tourism".
Obvious question:
With anti-American sentiment supposedly prevalent, if the U.S. is an 'evil' country, why do foreign 'visitors' prize American citizenship for their children?
