A reminder of this animal abuser who violently beat a puppy to death. Thomas James Eddinson, from Gainsborough, beat one-year-old Jack Russell Oreo to death in a sustained attack while caring for his partner’s dog. A post-mortem revealed horrific injuries, including a ruptured liver, extensive internal bleeding, bruising across his body and damage to his brain and eye. Afterwards, Eddinson sent his ex-partner a video taunting her about what he had done. In March 2021, he admitted causing unnecessary suffering to an animal. He received an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for two years, 150 hours of unpaid work and a 10-year ban on keeping animals. The court heard he had experienced foster care, mental health difficulties and dyslexia in mitigation. Oreo lost his life in a brutal attack. Eddinson avoided imprisonment.

🚨 ONE TO WATCH - BLUEGEONED DOG TO DEATH WITH A SAUCEPAN 🚨 JORDANNA LEIGH WHEELER 🌎 LOUGHOR, SWANSEA Jordanna Leigh Wheeler bludgeoned her dog, Anubis, to death with a saucepan after returning home drunk from a party. She later told hospital staff she had woken up covered in vomit and discovered she had “battered him to death”. Police found the large brown Mastiff dead on his bed. A severely deformed saucepan bearing dog hair was also recovered. Wheeler was originally given a suspended prison sentence and a 10-year ban on keeping animals, but she repeatedly breached her curfew, skipped rehabilitation sessions and missed probation appointments. She also admitted leaving home to visit pubs and parks and take cocaine. Last week (March 2026), Judge Geraint Walters activated the suspended sentence, jailing her for 12 months, with up to half to be served in custody and the remainder on licence. Anubis suffered a horrific death. Wheeler was put behind bards, but only after repeatedly breaching the order imposed following his killing. Source UKACF.

A reminder of this face. 🚨⚠️ CAT KILLER PUNCHED GIRLFRIENDS CATS TO DEATH NEWTOWN, POWYS. JAMIE BOWEN. Just because time has passed, let's not ever forget what this monster did. A Newtown man has been spared jail for killing his girlfriend’s two cats by “punching them repeatedly”. The injuries caused to Nala and Fuego by Jamie Bowen were so severe that when he took them to Hafren Vets, the vet who treated them thought they could have only been caused by being hit by a vehicle. Bowen, 29, of Violet Close, admitted attacking Nala and Fuego while “in a rage” at his Newtown home. One cat was already dead when Bowen and his partner took them to the veterinary practice, while the other had to be euthanised. He deemed both had been killed by blunt force trauma to the head and chest. Bowen was said to have “become hysterical” and he subsequently confessed to killing them both – but initially denied causing unnecessary suffering to the cats at his first court appearance. At Mold Crown Court he changed both pleas to guilty and was handed a suspended prison sentence. Prosecutor David Mainstone said the vet who treated Nala and Fuego became suspicious. “The defendant and his partner had taken the two cats to Hafren Vets in Newtown, where the lead vet immediately saw one was dead, while the other was close to death,” he said. “He spoke with the defendant and his partner to obtain consent to euthanise the cat as attempts to revive it were unsuccessful. “The defendant admitted he’d killed the cats. The vet believed the cats must have been killed by being hit by a vehicle as their injuries were consistent with that sort of injury." He said the living cat had a fractured skull and injuries to its limbs. Bowen later admitted he had punched the cats repeatedly in the head before calling his partner home to help him take them to the vets. The cats would have been in extreme agony in their last moments. Judge Rhys Rowlands told Bowen: “Quite why you behaved as you did, only you will know, but it is beyond all right thinking people who view cruelty upon animals as abhorrent. “Clearly, you were in a position to know the difference between right and wrong.”. Bowen was handed an eight-month prison sentence – but it will be suspended for 18 months. He was banned from owning animals for 10 years and must pay costs of £500, and a £156 surcharge.

🚨 ANIMAL CRUELTY CONVICTION: CHELSEA BROWN, 35, COUNDON, COUNTY DURHAM - ONE CAT DEAD, ANOTHER STARVING One cat was found dead on the living room floor. The other was hiding on top of kitchen cupboards, severely malnourished, dehydrated and crawling with fleas. Chelsea Brown abandoned the two cats inside her home in Coundon, near Bishop Auckland, without adequate food, water or care. A gas engineer raised the alarm. When RSPCA inspector Heidi Cleaver gained access, one cat was dead. The surviving tabby and white cat weighed just 2.5kg and had a body condition score of just 1 out of 9. He was suffering from anaemia, dehydration and a severe flea infestation. The deceased cat was also emaciated and flea-infested. It is believed to have possibly choked while in that weakened state. ⚖️ COURT OUTCOME • Admitted causing unnecessary suffering to two cats • Banned from keeping animals for five years • £200 fine • £480 costs • Failed to attend RSPCA interviews Source UKACF.
