decided i’d like to share some of the incredible finchel (and other finn-related) fanfics i’ve run across during my fanfic journey so this will be a thread of that for those interested. i’ll keep adding to it as time goes on.

his whole issue with being there was that he had nothing to do. once he’s a teacher he’s got his career and can go wherever she is now that he’s made something of himself. i like that way better than her giving it all up for him as if that’s necessary.

tbh I don’t like the idea that Rach would have to give up her career and settle down in OH to be with Finn. it’s a much more satisfying end for Finchel if she realizes her career is not enough and does this “I’m home” thing knowing he’s ready to live with her in NYC as planned.

@tinablowinwang i thought it was fine, sort of having Finn’s song be gentler while Schue’s was more aggressive. it sort of fit how they were feeling in that moment but maybe I’m trying to justify why i like it, idk. 🤷‍♂️
