You know what's gross? Women get addressed by Miss, Mrs., or Ms. because society deems it important to know if she is single, married or widowed. Men, on the other hand, are only addressed as Mr. because their relationship to women does not affect their social status.
It’s reasonable to point out that if your heroes are figures like Malcolm X, Assata Shakur, Fannie Lou Hamer, and Kwame Ture, yet you don’t grasp how the Black American struggle is connected to the internationalist third world, then you don’t truly understand these people.
