After some feedback on Reddit, I've decided to errata Malefic Horus' third effect so it can't be easily splashed and abused in non-Malefic decks. Now it'll require Malefic World on the field to activate and resolve, the same as Malefic Black Rose Dragon.

A while back I made some custom #yugioh cards for the Malefic archetype. Didn't like the quick artworks I made by just inverting their colours, so I re-did them and put more effort into them. They're not masterpieces, but still a vast improvement over the originals in my opinion.

@TimHickson1 Bungie said at least some answers would be revealed in the latest DLC. Its lore books did acknowledge the debate in a couple of places, and the DLC gives hints on one aspect, but it's still unresolved. Hopefully the seasonal stories through the year provide some more answers.

@TimHickson1 The frustrating part is how much lines up with the player's patron god and the BBEG, and the ongoing debate over whether the Winnower exists or if it's a fabrication of the BBEG and propaganda for its vendetta against that God.

I also simplified how Malefic Gandora bypasses Malefic Territory to keep its ATK gain during battle. Making one of the destroyed monsters and Equip card with the ATK gain effect made a lot less sense for Malefic Gandora than it did for Malefic Cyberdark Dragon.

So, yeah, in between job applications for the last couple of weeks, I designed some custom Yu-Gi-Oh! cards for the Malefic archetype (please excuse the not so great placeholder art).

I posted the first lot on Reddit, and people suggested a couple more monster cards that would work. One comment thread also reminded me of one I had meant to do anyway. So, here's some more Malefic cards, including an original Spell card to help the deck's consistency.
