Après un choc, il est sorti constater les dégâts. Une dizaine de jeunes l’ont alors INSULTÉ, FAIT TOMBER et PASSÉ À TABAC.

Il raconte que des jeunes lui ont BAISSÉ LE PANTALON et lui ont DONNÉ des COUPS DE PIED dans les PARTIES GÉNITALES, lui ont BOURRÉ LA BOUCHE DE NEIGE, l’ont tenu par les bras et les jambes (« ils m’ont crucifié ») et l’ont FRAPPÉ AVEC UN BARRE DE FER, le premier coup à la tête.

En mars 2013, soit un peu plus de 4 ans après les faits, Serge Juillard est « cloué dans un fauteuil roulant », sous morphine pour des crises et des douleurs.

Une dizaine de suspects auraient été interpellés, mais seulement trois renvoyés devant le tribunal pour enfants.

Deux mineurs, âgés de 14 et 16 ans au moment des faits, ont été condamnés à 6 mois de prison dont trois ferme.

La victime, assistée de Me Gontard, déplorait que les plus âgés n’aient pas été jugés : « Il manque les grands et les plus âgés ne sont pas jugés et c’est pas normal ».
