Temperature is way downstream of many other things. The way you quantize the model will also affect your output variance. Also accuracy and being coherent matters. And besides the average human can probably provide more coherent variety of ideas per joule of energy than any LLM based AI is likely to give us for at least another decade.

This is obviously going to backfire. Post 1965 people are disproportionately more involved in government and bureaucracy. I’d bet any amount of money - thousands, tens of thousands even - that every licensure board that is in charge of issuing licenses will be comprised of at least 30% of the post 1965 people. Freedom is a subtle form of eugenics, actually. If you cut government jobs as a % of the population, the undesirables are most affected.
