Absolute worst experience at the airport last night with this airline. No seats for our flight to Guatemala because you brought in a smaller plane at the last minute. No heads up, no solution, nothing. An entire evening wasted. How do I get a refund?

@VimeoStaff @LlcParabolic I have a similar issue where recently uploaded videos that are set to “public” are not visible on my profile. They’re also not pinnacle and moveable because they just don’t show under “edit profile”. Only I can see the videos, not the outside world. This is for a Pro account.
