Who thinks Spotify should make a smart speaker?
They already dominate music, podcasts, and audiobooks...
Now imagine adding an AI assistant you can actually choose like chatgpt or Grok.

Weird seeing the volume and mute controls pointing at you on the Echo Dot Max. Reminds me of an old school iPod control that you scrolled around to select your song.

I think that space screams importance now it is facing the user and it is almost a let down to only have volume controls. It's like putting those volume control as the face of alexa (see image).

It also seems a bit expensive for the dot category to me, but i imagine it will be heavily discounted for amazon events.

Other devices all looked good. Let's see what the general public thinks...

Really impressed with what google flow can do. Think we can make some great game trailers with it now we can animate the assets so easily. 🤔

Amazon are launching Alex Plus and it does not look good for skills like animal sounds because they will generate animal sounds with AI, so I'm concentrating on Mini Games, till i know more.
