Happy to have participated to the first meeting of the Catalan BioGenome Project @CatBiogenoma in a beautiful setting, presenting @PEPR_ATLASea, all part of @erga_biodiv. Looking forward to many more interactions with a great community!
Moltes gràcies a tots i totes pel vostre temps i aportacions, sense vosaltres el @CatBiogenoma no seria possible🦎🧬🌿

ATLASea mission: Sequencing the genomes of 4,500 species listed in the French EEZs, based on criteria designed to understand and analyse particularly threatened, fragile, biologically important and economically strategic species while accounting for phylogenetic coverage.
Next week, ATLASea researchers will participate in a 2-week sampling expedition in the Mediterranean, organized in collaboration with @Le_Museum national d'Histoire naturelle. We are thrilled to sample the first species to be sequenced at @CEA_Jacob_. More info soon!
We are pleased to share the link to the https://t.co/iKdh2haX1U brand-new website! The ATLASea programme will sequence the #genomes of 4,500 species along the French coastline, and analyse this trove of genomic data to better understand its #biodiversity.
ATLASea Days - Our first meeting on the Data Management Plan took place on 1-2 June at @IBENS_ENS and gathered over 40 participants of @PEPR_ATLASea. Standard procedures for samples and data management will ensure the smooth flow of information between partners and ATLASea DB.
Many thanks to all our collaborators in the #GenoFish team - @Houpss35, @huguesrc, @GeT_Genotoul, @JohnPostlethw8, @ingo_braasch, @jul_decoy, @marc_rr, @ChristopheKlopp, @DrewT1023, @TomaDesvignes and many others not on Twitter!
Happy for this article 🐟🐠🐡to be out https://t.co/55dIVeRrTR, great work from Elise Parey and many co-authors including @CamLBerthelot and @Houpss35. Elopomorpha and Osteoglossomorpha are a new clade called Eloposteoglossocephala (ouch)!
Merci 🙏 à @AlexandraDelbot@franceculture 📻pour ce coup de projecteur sur nos récents résultats sur la reconstruction de génomes ancestraux 🧬dans le Journal des Sciences ce matin https://t.co/4riEPHhDch

Ever wanted to edit those FASTA headers without parsing the whole FASTA file? Or extract exactly THIS subsequence from THAT sequence among 1000s others? Then FUSTA is for you!
