BREAKING: US M2 money supply surged +$247.8 billion in May, to a record $23.1 trillion.
This marks the largest monthly increase since May 2021.
Year-to-date, M2 has soared +$698.6 billion, the largest January to May increase in 5 years.
Money supply now stands $1.3 trillion above the March 2022 peak.
Since 2000, money in circulation has grown at an average annual rate of +6.3%.
US money creation is accelerating.

So the news has it that Apple $AAPL is planning to buy memory chips from China’s Changxin Memory Technologies. And people on FinTwit already starting to scream for the end of Micron $MU dominance…… LOL even if this takes place, it would be at least two years before regulatory approval is even a possibility….. and maybe another year or so for the volume production to kick in….
@aleabitoreddit Increasing memory density is becoming increasingly difficult. Based on the current SSD and HDD technology roadmaps, there are no obvious fundamental physical breakthroughs in sight that would dramatically boost memory density.
