🚨NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT: Ashang Kasar Publicly Incites War Against the Union of India, declares the Government of India the "Common Enemy" in Pursuit of a Sovereign Manipur.
■Evidentiary Timeline: The Trail of Escalating Secessionist Incitement.
■June 23, 2023, Explicit Incitement to wage war against India for a separate Manipur state:
@ashang_kasar, Coordinator of the Native Peoples' Committee Manipur & 19th LS (Outer) Candidate, publicly incited the people of Manipur to launch a united offensive & jointly fight against the Govt of India to establish an independent, separate Manipur.
He further issued an ultimatum to legislative assembly representatives: align with this secessionist movement or face public wrath.
■June 16, 2026, Explicit Declaration of Hostility against India:
In a subsequent public address, Kasar explicitly categorized the Government of India as the "common enemy" of Manipur's indigenous population & aggressively incited for a unified resistance against this common enemy, the Government of India.
🚨Ashang Kasar's Secessionist rhetoric directly satisfies the legal thresholds required to invoke Section 147 of the BNS for offenses against the State.
1️⃣ For Attempting to Wage War Against the State.
Legal Definition: Engaging in planning, orchestration or mobilization intended to initiate an armed or violent conflict against the Union of India.
The Violation: Actively organizing and Publicly inciting to Jointly Fight against The Government of India for a separate state & threatening elected legislators to force their defection from the Union of India constitutes a clear attempt to dismantle state authority & territorial integrity of India.
2️⃣ For Abetting the Waging of War.
Legal Definition: Actively instigating, encouraging or mobilizing a population to take up arms or launch an insurrection against the Govt of India.
Violation: Publicly declaring the Govt of India as a "common enemy" is a direct ideological incitement to provoke mass civil & armed rebellion against India.
■Statutory Penalty: Because these actions directly threaten national integrity, offences under Section 147 BNS are non-bailable & carry a maximum penalty of life imprisonment or the death penalty.

Lukram meetei a professor of Delhi University has been going around spreading videos of Drug Cartels butchered in South America alleging that they were the 6 Nagas that were ALLEGEDLY killed by KUKIs.
He has been spreading these videos in DELHI UNIVERSITY WhatsApp Groups all the whilst knowing that Meitei Naga kuki and other students all over India are present.
Strict action must be taken on this person Identified as Lukram Ingochouba Meetei for his actions that could have resulted in communal tensions between various communities in Delhi University.
It is also important to know that the killer of the 6 Nagas is yet to be identified and the blame cannot be put on one particular community.
The Presence of Arambai Tenggol in Ukhrul and Senapati is also widely known and it's highly possible that they're responsible for the worsening situation between the Kaccha Nagas and the KUKI'S

Secessionist trans national narco terrorist group NSCN-IM and its proxy ZUF Kamson have once again attacked nationalist Kuki's village Leilon Vaiphei this morning. The sad part is that this area has huge deployment of central forces who're unable to perform their task.
Thadou & Mate are clans, not tribes. The Thadou clan comprises six sub-clans: Singson, Singsit, Sitlhou, Lhouvum, Lhoujem & Thomsong. The Manipur government recognition of Thadou & Mate clans as tribes is a divide-and-rule tactic, aimed at splitting the Kuki community's unity.
Wow, so out of 31 Meiteis, 30 are from reserved categories and just one is unreserved — yet they still call others “privileged” and “benefiting from reservations.” 😏
Looks like the real “general category” here is Reserved! 🎯
Maybe next time, save the lectures on merit — because the numbers speak louder than the noise. 📊🔥
Manipur : As we Commemorate 108 of the #AngloKukiWar1917_1919 we pay tribute to the Kuki warriors' indomitable spirit, their bravery & their unwavering dedication to their land and people. Their legacy continues to inspire and motivate future generation

The Meitei community is too obsessed with Kuki-Zo elected members, particularly Shri @Paolienlal Haokip, since he was elected from the 59 Saikot Assembly Constituency. We're preoccupied with our daily lives these days. Nongthombom Biren Singh @NBirenSingh and his cohorts constantly remind us how powerful, smart, and effective Shri @Paolienlal Haokip is. They can go without breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a day, but not without mentioning Paolienlal Haokip. I hope some families within Meitei community will name their newborn child Paolienlal in the days to come 🤣.

Lhingjoujam (18), a student displaced from her home in Imphal Valley, met Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with other internally displaced persons in Churachandpur.
- @vijaita reports
Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi will be the first Prime Minister in Indian history to visit Kuki-Zo Land after 28 months of Meitei genocide against Kuki-Zo community under the leadership of former CM @NBirenSingh and MP @MaharajaManipur. This is my humble appeal to the Hon'ble PM to deliver justice and declare a Separate Administration in the form of Union Territory with a Legislature during his visit on September 13th, 2025, at Peace Ground.
@PMOIndia@HMOIndia
In its Sept 7 consultation, KIM and federating CSOs took firm resolutions: the Sept 4 SoO pact is not about ‘Free Movement,’ PIB’s spin was rejected, and ‘Manipur Territorial Integrity’ stands opposed.
When Kuki-Zo Community Internal Displaced Persons (IDPs) were suffering from basic amenities like clean water in their day-to-day life at their relief camp, Meitei community internal displaced persons (IDPs) were enjoying their life like a king-size.
1. Rs. 2,10,00,000 just to buy Bananas, Biscuit, Egg and noodles
2. Rs. 21,00,000 just to buy Chinese product Jumbo Box?
Are you seriously kidding me? Meitei community CSO leaders, the so-called intellectual class, Meira Paibis should file 1,00,000 FIRs against whomever is responsible for this rather than targeting others who exposed their lies.

Nowhere does the @PUCLindia report take sides in favour of the Kukis or against the Meiteis; rather, it holds the powers that be accountable for fostering radical organisations and manufacturing the conflict. It is essential to distinguish between blaming an entire community and holding specific organisations or the political establishment responsible.
Indeed, PUCL has in the past been one of the most consistent advocates in highlighting rights abuses involving Meitei victims. It championed cases of rights violations under AFSPA, the cause of Irom Sharmila, the BT Road extrajudicial killing of 2009, the Manorama case of 2004, among others, all for the broader cause of justice, human rights, and the rule of law.
Given this pedigree and its long-standing contributions to the struggle for rights and justice, it is unconvincing to suggest that PUCL is “biased” simply because its report exposes majoritarian hate politics.
For an organisation as conscientious and seasoned as PUCL, it is not difficult to discern the orchestrated nature of the violence. In any case, the report does not accuse the Meitei community as a whole; rather, it highlights the role of radical forces and the political establishment. What, then, explains the charge of “bias”? Is the exposure of hate politics and the misuse of state machinery not, after all, in the collective interest of all communities?
It is in this light that Meitei intellectuals and civil society leaders may need to confront a set of soul-searching questions in order to fully understand the anatomy of the ongoing, manufactured violence in Manipur:
1.Why were radical organisations like Arambai Tenggol and Meetei Leepun created and nurtured by those in power well before May 3, 2023, and allowed to thrive to this day? Does this not suggest a deliberately sinister design? Is it not ironic that groups claiming to be “cultural organisations” are in practice structured and operated like paramilitary forces?
2.Why did violence and targeted attacks against Kukis begin on May 2, 2023 itself? What explains the singling out of Kukis on the night of May 2, during the Meitei counter-mobilisation, even though the ATSUM rally scheduled for May 3 was to be jointly undertaken by both Kukis and Nagas?
https://t.co/Y51pD5EuhV could Meetei Leepun leader Pramot openly declare on national television that he had provided arms training to his cadres and stationed them along the peripheries even before May 3, yet remain untouched by law? His organisation is even reported to have operated out of government properties. Could such developments have been possible without active political patronage?
4.Why was the occupant of the highest office in the land repeatedly engaged in political dog-whistling - systematically othering the Kukis - both long before and well after May 3, 2023?
5.Why did those who came to torch Kuki houses in mixed localities carry lists in hand? Does this not indicate that reconnaissance had been carried out beforehand, as confirmed by the precision with which particular houses were targeted?
6.If the crisis was truly spontaneous, how did Arambai Tenggol cadres reach Torbung by the afternoon of May 3, despite it being more than 60 km from Imphal? Video evidence even shows the presence of these cadres, including their chief.
7.Why was Barish Sharma, then State President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) in Manipur, present in Churachandpur on May 3, as reported by the INC Northeast in-charge in an article later withdrawn? What were he and his associates doing in Churachandpur on May 3?
https://t.co/f2yeEsf4AW does one explain the burning of scores of Meitei Christian churches in areas where Kukis could not have intruded? Does this not suggest that radical organisations in the Valley were operating under the influence of forces with a history of engineering communal conflict elsewhere?
#TribalFreedomFighter Pu Chengjapao Doungel organized the Kuki community against the colonial feudal authority of the British under the banner of 'Azad Hind Fauj'.
Today, on his death anniversary, we remember his courageous acts of defending the nation from colonialists.
The man who founded terrorist organization like Arambai Tenggol with former CM @NBirenSingh. The man who planned genocide against Kuki-Zo community and the man who openly challenged MHA order when Arambai Tenggol Army Chief Kanan was apprehended by @CBIHeadquarters. The man who planned to loot 7,000 automatic rifles, bombs, 400,000 ammunition from government armory. He's asking his private militia, CSO leaders and secessionist terrorist mouthpieces not to remain silent over PUCL Facts and Figures Report. These ari-ri-ti-ti-lar king, MP @MaharajaManipur must be booked immediately for this provocative post.
