У нас очень большая проблема с т.н. оленьими клещами - они гораздо меньше их сложно сразу обнаружить, выглядят как маленькая родинка.

@Dobrokhotov @mirrorsbreath Там пятно очень характерное, т.н. bullseye - мишень. Красная точка, вокруг белое кольцо, снаружи красное. 🎯

Если проявляется - сразу к доктору и на антибиотики. Бывают вариации не такие характерные, иногда вообще нет проявления, но если bullseye - 100% Лайм.

2. Immediate airspace refers to building permits, not flight operations.
3. There are specific FAA restrictions about operating near certain infrastructure, as well as large gatherings.

In 10 yr we lost two commercial UAVs over properties where landowners had their own interpretation of FAA rules, it was an expensive education for them.

@TiffaniMarie483 @Data_point_Matt @Rainmaker1973 There are certain things that are not covered by it, for example, you cannot spy on people using a drone in their airspace or drop anything, including spraying chemicals. But that falls under illegal surveillance and trespassing.

@TiffaniMarie483 @Data_point_Matt @Rainmaker1973 Oh it's totally one of those hard to believe but brutally direct application of federal law. Basically any drone over 250 grams and up to 55 lbs must be FAA-registered. But once it has an FAA number, it's a commercial aircraft. Bringing it down is like shooting as an airliner.

@c07971994 @Rainmaker1973 FAA owns all airspace. The dude just threw a stick at a commercial aircraft and caused it to crash. He is beyond fucked - fines, legal fees, and possible jail time is a lot to pay for failing to look up FAA rules.

@Redsfan1961 @Rainmaker1973 Immediate reach applies to building and structures, not throwing a stick at a drone in FAA airspace which is ALL airspace. A lot of people are confused about this leading to dumb decisions like the one in the video that result in heavy legal fees and possible jail time

@RobertJJungle @Rainmaker1973 Fair game as long as you're willing to risk jail time, pay for the drone, and any associated damages.

As long as the UAV is operated within FAA rules, it's the same as shooting at an airplane.

FAA rules apply to ALL airspace regardless of altitude or land ownership.

@Dobrokhotov @lpr_tw @chich_8 Ну он про 37-й писал, тогда уже всё оружие у населения давно изъяли (почему-то..), только топоры остались. Думаю, что если бы легальными и доступным были револьверы, то он бы написал про револьверы.
