Jio fiber is taking rs 1111 as pre booking amount.

They are failing to provide service.

They are also not giving refund.

This is happening to thousands, lacks of customers. If this is so, this is huge scam.

I have booked jio airfiber from my jio app by paying pre-booking amount of rs 1,111/- on 3rd june

Today 24th june.

Company is failed to install airfiber and also denying refund.

I have called customer care 12 times.

RO water purifier સર્વિસ કરવા માટે કોઈ આવ્યું નથી.

વારંવાર રજૂઆત કરવા છતાં કોઈ ધ્યાન આપતું નથી.

અમદાવાદ જેવા સીટી મા @EurekaForbes ના RO water purifier માટે ટેક્નિશિયન ઘણી વખત વિનંતી કરવા છતાં આવતા નથી. કંપની ના કસ્ટમર કેર મા કોઈ કોલ ઉઠાવતું નથી. ખૂબજ ખરાબ સર્વિસ છે.. ત્વરિત પગલાં લો નહિતો આગળ ની કાર્યવાહી કરીશ.
