#AtulSubhas left a video of 1hrs+ before ending his life. Everybody would have watched that video but I didn’t. because its very well understood that what happens when relationship between a man and a woman doesn’t work and one of them gets trapped. In this case it was Atul who got trapped. Many got trapped and many will be getting trapped in near future in the name of marriage.

Around the world the trend of remaining single has already been started. There are many male and females both who are doing good in their lives but have chosen to remain single. But as you know, one size doesn’t fit all. There can be many reasons behind this singleness. But most of the people who remain single are those who do not want to compromise with their freedom. Who enjoys every moment of solitude.

One should never force himself (This post is only for Males) to remain single. Otherwise your whole personality will tell the impact of loneliness. If u are forcefully remaining single, your face will tell. As there will sadness in ur face. So if you think getting married is the thing you want to happen in your life, I have listed out some points for u guys:-

1. If you are searching alliance through matrimonial sites, close and delete your that account now. And never return back to any matrimonial sites. Marriage ceremony is a social event. If you are searching a girl through these sites it tells about u and ur family that how social u people are? How come you dont know a single girl in ur life? It can be in ur college , in ur job or join any group,event, or be in a social gathering of ur likings. Personal acquaintance is a must. Don’t fall into the trap of these sites nor any dating apps. Dating Apps are only for casual dating.

2. You must know about the girl and her family completely. People will say it will take much time or may be life time, then let it be. But until u know how that family is, what is their ideology, what type of persons they are, etc dont step in.

3. Don’t go for arranged marriage. Gone are the days of this kind of marriage. Now everything has changed. Arranged marriage is for closed society. Today we are having an open society.

4. If you are not able to impress a girl even after getting a good job and searching a girl through arranged marriage setup then you are good for nothing. Here impressing a girl means to be in relationship. If you have a job, expand your social reach. As I mentioned earlier, be in any kind of social gatherings or groups or events as per ur choice. So that u can personally know the girl.

5. Never compromise with your standards both living standards and moral standards. Dont assume that if you get married to a poor girl or village girl, your married life will be fantabulous. Now there are no village girls in today’s time. Everybody has got mobile phone. Whatever u know that village girl also knows. Maybe she would have practically done also. Consider that family only who matches your living and financial standards.

6. Don’t unnecessarily show the greatness of ur heart that u will uplift some poor family. If u try so then u only will be uplifted from this world like Atul Subhas.

7. Discuss the whole matter of marriage, the complications associated with it and and all other worldly affairs with the girl to see whether she knows all the happenings around the world or she is just interested in ruining ur life!

8. If she has problem with joint family then big red flag. But first see how good ur family is?

9. Don’t unnecessary listen to your own family too. Many times our own family pollutes our mind. Its not their fault but this is how society works. Family is a part of society.

10. Before finalizing marriage both boy and girl should take a few years to know and understand each other. If anybody is doing in hurry then it means a trap is made for u.

I am repeating again, No Arranged Marriage, No Matrimonial Sites, No Dating Apps, If u r really thinking of getting married.

Did your employee Nikita Singhania’s salary, who is an AI Engineering consultant with you at Accenture, fall so short that she resorted to blackmailing her husband for money? Or is it that Accenture’s training programs don’t equip employees like her to stand on their own feet, forcing them to misuse marital laws for financial gain?

As per #AtulSubhash’s suicide note and final video, Nikita and her family allegedly:
1. Filed multiple false cases against him (dowry, unnatural sex, domestic violence, murder, etc.).
2. Alienated him from his 2.5-year-old son.
3. Demanded ₹80,000/month as maintenance and ₹3 crore as alimony, despite Nikita reportedly earning well.

@AccentureIndia, with these serious allegations, what steps are you taking? Will you suspend her pending investigation? The nation demands accountability and #JusticeForAtulSubhash.
