Dans le système de travail « jodi », les couples sont surendettés et TRAVAILLENT jusqu’à 14 HEURES PAR JOUR, sans congés ni protections, poussant certaines femmes à voir cette opération comme une solution pour continuer à travailler.

Malgré des enquêtes menées en 2019 révélant plus de 13 000 HYSTÉRECTOMIES dans le district de Beed et des promesses de réformes, les militants dénoncent un manque de changements concrets. Les conditions de travail extrêmes, le MANQUE D’HYGIÈNE et la pression de certains médecins FAVORISENT ces opérations.

Les autorités locales, sous pression médiatique, ont lancé de nouvelles enquêtes et PROMETTENT DES MESURES, mais les activistes estiment que le système reste inchangé.

Those who dump Ganesha idols in water bodies everywhere should be the last ones to preach others.

FYI - In chhath there is no such dumping. The leftovers are leaves or fruits which is minimal and are naturally degradable and we dint dump them in water bodies. We just stand in a water body while praying.

Secondly, Chhath involves 3 days of rigourous fasting and not hogging. Tapioca khichadi or fries is certainly not involved.

The first day involves a simple meal of Dal, rice and bottle gourd sabji + some fritters (optionally) - just 1 meal in the evening, the second day involves just 1 meal of simple gud kheer and roti and the next 36 involves total fasting without water.

Don't mock the oldest Hindu festival for the sake of it. Try doing it once and then you'll realise what it takes to celebrate the festival. The family doesn't just gather for fun but to support those who are doing the puja.

No other festival like chhath.

बिहार की मिट्टी ने देश को बहुत से बेहतरीन क्रिकेट खिलाड़ी दिए हैं।

पटना में जन्मे ईशान किशन ने सबसे कम गेंदों में ODI double century लगाई। समस्तीपुर के वैभव सूर्यवंशी सबसे कम उम्र में IPL debut करने वाले खिलाड़ी बने। और गोपालगंज के साधारण परिवार में जन्मे साकिब हुसैन की शानदार गेंदबाजी पर आज पूरी दुनिया की नज़रें हैं।

लेकिन एक बात मुझे हमेशा खलती है कि हमारे बिहार को क्रिकेट में अब भी वह नाम और पहचान क्यों नहीं मिल पा रही जिसके हम हकदार हैं।

मेरा हमेशा से यह सपना और प्रयास रहा है कि बिहार के युवाओं को हर क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ने का पूरा मौका मिले, हमारे खिलाड़ियों को भी world class infrastructure और support बिहार में ही मिलना चाहिए। मुझे पूरा भरोसा है कि अगर हमारे बच्चों को सही प्रेरणा और सुविधाएं मिलें, तो हमारे बिहार से बनने वाली टीम दुनिया की बेस्ट टीम होगी।

और मैं इस काम में बिहार के युवाओं के साथ पूरी मज़बूती से खड़ा हूँ। बिहार की क्रिकेट टीम और यहाँ के खिलाड़ियों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए मैं अपनी तरफ से unconditional support दूंगा।

बिहार मेरे लिए सिर्फ एक राज्य नहीं, एक emotion है।

और अब वक्त आ गया है कि हमारी मिट्टी का talent मैदान पर दिखे।
