At a festive ceremony held at the Energy Institute under the patronage of the Prince of the Eastern Province, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, and with the honor of the Minister of Energy, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al Saud, and in the presence of the CEO of the International Maritime Industries Company, Dr. Abdullah Al-Ahmari, 281 trainees were graduated in several professional paths, confirming the company's efforts and its continuous commitment to training and empowering Saudi cadres to work in specialized professional fields, preparing them to join the Saudi workforce in the company.

في حفل بهيج أقيم في معهد الطاقة تحت رعاية أمير المنطقة الشرقية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز وبتشريف وزير الطاقة صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سلمان آل سعود، وبحضور الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة العالمية للصناعات البحرية الدكتور عبدالله الأحمري تم تخريج 281 متدرب في عدة مسارات مهنية، تأكيداً لجهود الشركة والتزامها المستمر بتدريب وتمكين الكوادر السعودية للعمل في المجالات المهنية المتخصصة، وتهيئةً لانضمامهم للقوى العاملة السعودية بالشركة.

Part of our teamwork spirit at International Maritime Industries, the company's Corporate services management team gathered in a wonderful team building, led by SVP Corporate Services Engineer Emad Al-Humam. The team building was full of interesting activities and challenges aimed at strengthening and enhancing the bonds and skills of the team. The gathering also incorporated a constructive spirit of social humor, which had a significant impact in creating an atmosphere filled with joy and happiness!

ضمن بناء روح العمل الجماعي في الشركة العالمية للصناعات البحرية، اجتمع فريق إدارة خدمات الشركة في تجمع رائع بقيادة النائب الأول للرئيس التنفيذي لخدمات الأعمال، المهندس. عماد الحمام، والذي شمل أنشطة وتحديات شيقة في تقوية وتعزيز روابط ومهارات فريق العمل. وتضمن التجمع البناء روح الدعابة الاجتماعية والتي كان لها أثر كبير في خلق جوٍ مليء بالبهجة والسرور!

كرّم صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير #سعود_بن_طلال بن بدر محافظ #الأحساء ، اليوم " الأحد " الفائزين في مشروع ألوان الإبداعي ، بمجلس سموّه بمقر المحافظة ، بحضور عددٍ من مسؤولي الجهات الحكومية بالمحافظة، وعددٍ من منسوبي مجلس شباب المنطقة الشرقية، حيث كرم سموّه 12 مبدعًا ومبدعة في مجالات الفن والتصميم، بما يعكس الغنى الثقافي والإبداعي لمحافظة الأحساء.

ونوّه سموّه بما يحظى به شباب المملكة من دعم واهتمام ورعاية من القيادة الحكيمة - أيدها الله -تحقيقاً لمستهدفات رؤية المملكة2030 ، مؤكدا سموّه أن مثل هذه المشاريع تسلّط الضوء على المواهب الواعدة في الأحساء، وتشكّل منصة لإبراز إبداعاتهم وتعزيز الحراك الثقافي والإبداعي بالمحافظة، لتسجيل بصمة مؤثرة في المشهد الثقافي السعودي.

على صعيد آخر عبّر الرئيس التنفيذي لمجلس شباب المنطقة الشرقية المهندس حسام بن محمد الغريب، عن شكره وامتنانه لسمو محافظ الأحساء ، لتكريمه للفائزين ورعايته للبرنامج وحرصه على دعم وتسهيل كل ما يحقق نمو وتمكين شباب المحافظة بمختلف المجالات، كما أن تكريم سموّه يعد احتفاءً بالإبداع الشبابي وتأكيدًا على الدور الهام الذي يلعبه شباب الأحساء في دفع عجلة التقدم الثقافي والإبداعي في المنطقة.

بدوره ثمن المهندس عبدالرحمن بن محمد الحمام قائد فريق مجلس شباب المنطقة بمحافظة الأحساء رعاية واهتمام سمو محافظ الأحساء لكافة أعمال المجلس بالمحافظة وأضاف : شارك في المشروع أكثر من 10 آلاف متسابق ومتسابقة، يمثلون نخبة من شباب الأحساء، كما نظمت 10 ورش عمل على هامش المشروع، ساهمت في صقل مهارات المشاركين وتوسيع مداركهم حيث، أشرف على تلك الورش لجان تحكيم مكونة من 6 خبراء متخصصين، أتاحت الفرصة للمشاركين للتعلم والتنافس في بيئة تعليمية تحفيزية لأكثر من 150 ساعة من التعلم المكثف والإبداع.

هذا اليوم تم عقد الاجتماع السنوي للشركة العالمية للصناعات البحرية @IMI_Maritime في مقر الشركة بمنطقة رأس الخير الصناعية، حيث تم استعراض ما تحقق من إنجازات في عام ٢٠٢٣ ، مراجعة خطط الشركة لهذا العام ٢٠٢٤ وتكريم عدد كبير من الموظفين والموظفات للأداء المميز في العام الماضي.

كل الشكر والتقدير لكافة زملائي وزميلاتي في الشركة على جهودهم المميزة وإنجازاتهم الكبيرة خلال عام ٢٠٢٣ فلقد أثبتوا كفاءتهم وحرصهم على تحقيق أفضل النتائج، ممّا ساهم في تعزيز مكانة الشركة العالمية للصناعات البحرية كرائدة في مجالها.

The Naming ceremony witnessed the presence of Eng. Nasser Al Nuaimi, Upstream president at Saudi Aramco, Eng. Ahmed Al Sa'adi, IMI Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Eng. During the 11th Human Resources Conference for Gulf countries in Abu Dhabi, held from October 10th to 12th, our company stood out among the best and brightest.

Out of three categories, we were nominated and emerged victorious, solidifying our commitment to institutional excellence and showcasing our administrative competencies.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering dedication and hard work of our executive management and talented employees.
