Extremely disappointed with @GodrejIndia @GodrejAppliance AC installation experience.

After multiple calls, the service centre finally visited and demanded additional charges:

₹1,800 installation + ₹6,000 for extra wire + ₹200/ft for 14 ft wire = ₹10,600.

Companies like Myntra should be ashamed of how they treat their customers — extracting money twice, then denying all responsibility.

I spoke to Myntra “supervisor” Swapnil and so-called “manager” Dharma — both of whom gave the same robotic answers with zero ownership or credibility.
If they are going to repeat the same line, why even assign them different titles? What’s the point of a “manager”

One of my co-workers had a panic attack in front of me reason being publicly shouted by her manager. When she was short of breadth my first instinct was to stop and calm her down. I asked her to take deep breaths and not think too much about it.

But I will take it as a learning and try to be better tomorrow. It is very difficult to be empathetic in this world because each day you will be told how not to be. And I think today, I've let office politics overpower me instead of being empathetic.
