As you can see in the last column, the interview marks have made all the difference. Once there is transparency in interviews and as more marks are given to SC, ST, and OBC kids, they start capturing the general merit seats as well.

So when all students have the same marks in interviews and when interview marks are given without any prejudice, 25% of the seats of general merit will be occupied by SCs, STs, and OBCs.

भारत ने एजुकेशन में विशेष आरक्षण अथार्त आर्टिकल 30 का आरक्षण के माध्यम से अ���्पसंख्यक को दिया वो दुनिया का बेस्ट आरक्षण है। जिसके सामने दुनिया के सभी आरक्षण फैल है। इस आरक्षण में;

सरकारी संस्था बनाओ।
इंटर/डिग्री/मेडिकल/विश्वविद्यालय बनाओ।
इंहा तक कि मदरसा बोर्ड बनाओ

और

क्लर्क, टीचर, माली, चपरासी से लेकर तमाम स्टाफ की सैलरी सरकार से लो। कई हजार करोड़ो का टैक्स पेयर के पैसे से ग्रांट लो मजेदार बात ��ह है कि;.

"भर्ती करने का अधिकार भी सरकार के पास नही है। जिसमे 100% भर्ती अल्पसंख्यक संस्था द्वारा कर लो"

क्या शिक्षा में आरक्षण इंहा से खत्म होना चाहिए? यह बन्दा ऐसा ही कह रहा है न।

आज शुभम शुक्ला जैसे तमाम लोग बाबा साहेब के बढ़ते कद को सेलिब्रेट कर रहे हैं, हर वर्ग में डॉ. आंबेडकर की स्वीकार्यता बढ़ती जा रही है, उन्होंने भारतीय संविधान सभी की हितों की रक्षा की है, संविधान में समतामूलक समाज का संदेश निहित है, इसलिए वे अब सबके हैं!

देखिए समय का पहिया कैसे बदलता है, एक वक्त वो भी था जब छुआछूत के चलते बाबा साहेब दिनभर पानी नहीं पी पाते थे. उन्हें प्यासा रहना पड़ता था! उन्हें स्कूल ��ें क्लास के बाहर अलग बिठाया जाता था...

और आज सभी वर्ग/जाति उनकी जयकारे लगा रहा है, सिंबल ऑफ नॉलेज डॉ. आंबेडकर के हर चौक-चौराहे, गली-नुक्कड़, देश-दुनिया में लाइब्रेरी, यूनिवर्सिटी, स्कूल, सड़क, म्यूजियम, प्रतिमाओं आदि का अनावरण हो रहा है ताकि सभी वर्ग उनके संघर्षपूर्ण जीवन से प्रेरणा ले सके!

इतना ही नहीं कई जगह बाबा साहेब का जीवन पाठ्यक्रम में शामिल किया जा रहा है, उनका संघर्ष पूरी दुनिया के लिए अब एक मिसाल है! यही वजह है कि जय भीम अब दुनिया में अभिवादन के लिए सभी कम्युनिटी/लोगों के बीच पॉपुलर हो रहा है!

जय भीम के उदघोष के साथ ऊंच-नीच का भेद मिट जाता है क्योंकि बाबा साहेब ने अपना पूरा जीवन ही भेदभाव मुक्त देश/समाज के लिए न्योछावर कर दिया!

सभी लोग मुट्ठी भींचकर जय भीम बोलते चलिए...इसमें समानता, भाईचारा, हक-हक़ूक़ और एकता का संदेश शामिल है! जय भीम, संविधान ✊🏾

दोपहर में दिनदहाड़े उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ के बंथरा थाना क्षेत्र में 11वीं कक्षा में अध्ययनरत 17 वर्षीय दलित नाबालिग छात्रा के साथ हुआ सामूहिक बलात्कार केवल अत्यंत शर्मनाक और दण्डनीय अपराध ही नहीं, बल्कि अमानवीयता की पराकाष्ठा है!

पीड़िता अपनी बड़ी बहन से मिलने जा रही थी, तभी हरौनी पेट्रोल पंप के पास रास्ते में उसे रोक लिया गया। उसके ��ाथ आए परिचित युवक को पीट��र भगा दिया गया, और फिर पास के आम के बाग में ले जाकर बारी-बारी से दुष्कर्म किया गया।

यह घटना दर्शाती है कि उत्तर प्रदेश में बेटियाँ कितनी असुरक्षित हैं — राजधानी में भी अपराधियों के हौसले इतने बुलंद हैं कि वे दिनदहाड़े ऐसी दरिंदगी करने से नहीं चूकते।

हम @UPGovt से माँग करते हैं कि —
1. सभी आरोपियों को तुरंत गिरफ्तार किया जाए।
2. मुकदमा SC/ST अत्याचार निवारण अधिनियम, POCSO एक्ट और अन्य सख्त धाराओं के तहत च��ाया जाए।
3. पीड़िता को सुरक्षा, चिकित्सा, मनोवैज्ञानिक परामर्श एवं उचित मुआवज़ा प्रदान किया जाए।
4. यह मामला फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट में चलाकर दोषियों को सख्त से सख्त सज़ा दी जाए।

While the nation grapples with the fallout of the outrageous #IPSPuranKumarSuicideCase and the systemic caste discrimination it exposed in Haryana, a silent yet ruthless persecution is underway in the South.

In Andhra Pradesh, NDA partner @JaiTDP is systematically targeting and paralyzing officers from oppressed communities.
This vendetta is institutionalised.

At one point, 16 IPS officers were relegated to 'wait for posting' for months, their careers stalled simply because their names appeared in a secret, politically motivated 'red book.'

The cost of this persecution is devastating:

• DGP P.S.R. Anjaneyulu, IPS, was jailed and pushed to the brink of death after being denied critical medication in prison.

• Addl. DGP Mr Sanjay, IPS, from marginalized communities, is currently languishing in jail, with many others facing trumped-up criminal charges.

The case of DGP P.V. Sunil Kumar epitomizes this injustice. He has been without a posting for a year and under suspension for six months on blatantly frivolous grounds that the @ncbn government has failed to prove.

The absurdity is clear: charges include taking a private foreign trip and, according to the Telugu daily @ANDHRAJYOTI, even wearing an "expensive watch." This is the oldest playbook—the "kill a dog, call it mad" tactic—deployed by ruling oligarchs to 'neutralize' dissenting officers.

Mr. Sunil Kumar continues to fight this injustice with profound fortitude, rooted in his Ambedkarite approach to life.

We demand immediate intervention from @ncbn garu, @narendramodi ji, and @AmitShah ji to halt this destruction of honorable careers.

The IPS/IAS/IFS Associations must awaken. You cannot remain spineless mouthpieces for political parties. It is your moral duty to condemn these vengeful politics to safeguard the lives and spirit of officers who braved all odds to enter the bureaucracy.

I have gone through the complaint of wife of slain senior IPS officer, Mr Puran Kumar of Haryana cadre. It’s really heartbreaking. No amount of empathy would be enough to feel the torture and injustice the officer and his family may have been subjected to while he was alive.

This incident is a grim yet powerful reminder of how caste discrimination plays out in every aspect of life and careers of officers of oppressed communities in this country in spite of numerous constitutional safeguards. Discrimination has become an inescapable reality no matter how competent one officer is. I am aware of many such cases in united AP cadre where officers of oppressed communities are denied justice and fairness in spite of their brilliant track record. They were always made to live under perpetual fear and humiliation. Recent assault on hon’ble justice BR Gavai, the CJI in open court
should also be seen in the same light.

I hope hon’ble PM @narendramodi ji takes note of this brazen injustice and hands over the case to CBI to probe the circumstances leading to suicide of Late Mr Puran Kumar and punish the guilty no matter how much ever powerful they are. It’s high time that all parliamentarians of oppressed communities raise their voice.

My advice to brothers and sisters bearing the brunt of caste discrimination in both public and private sectors: -
Let’s not take extreme decisions while fighting systemic injustice. Taking out life should never be our response in this war against oppression. We have families, colleagues, and communities always looking upto us.

When you feel distressed take some time off, spend time with your families, and go to the places where we came from in villages and urban slums, talk to the younger generations, share your journey, read the books of Babasaheb Dr Ambedkar, Arthur Haley and Victor Frankl and many more.

If your job doesn’t inspire you, please do not waste your precious energy there, join the social justice mission instead and tread the path of our founding fathers. There’s only one life, but so much to do.

My Deepest condolences to Ms Amneet Kumar and family. May all the forces in the universe be with you in this most painful moment, sister.🙏
