🚨A Reformed Conservative, a thread🚨
Watching this election unfold taught me an important fact, there is a lack of understanding about the Conservative movement. Until this movement is understood it will continue to be a burden on social progress.
Stephanie Grisham: "When you're dealing with the President of the United States, again, there's no H.R. group or H.R. representative to go to, to talk to about these kinds of things."
This is who will likely be the GOP candidate for governor in North Carolina and I swear to God if any Black people vote for him I’m coming to your house.
Let's say right now 100 people aren't working and then after #UBI starts, 10 people quit their jobs and 20 jobless people get jobs thanks to UBI spending.
Although true that 10 people stopped working, should you care if the result is that 90 people aren't working instead of 100?
@scottsantens You can’t live off $1200 a month, but that amount of UBI would make living simpler. The problem is corporations that would use inflation as punishment.
Folks, if a Supreme Court justice is playing Fortnite and someone pays for their Battle Pass, the justice should disclose it.
The idea that Thomas is out here taking free trips around the world and not telling anybody isn't an "ethical quandary," it's straight up unethical.
Meet North Carolina State Representative Keith Kidwell.
He’s one of the four sponsors of the proposed near total abortion ban.
His abortion ban doesn’t even include an exception for rape.
Why? His religious beliefs.
“Kidwell said his Christian faith is a large reason why rape and incest are not exceptions.”
Keep your faith out of our laws, Keith.
P.S. all abortion bans of any kind are extreme and total bullsh*t.
I refused to get sucked into the "lynchings were good" rabbit hole, because I'm still in the "should Supreme Court justices be friends with Nazi sympathizers?" trench. :(
