Krishna Nagar Main Post Office, after 2:30 PM staff refuse to take parcels / Speed Post and direct people outside. The so-called 24x7 booking counter actually works only till 8 PM, with just one counter leading to long queues & public suffering.

@IndiaPostOffice Ur service has 2 much delay. You promised the parcel would be delivered in 7 days, bt it is still in transit. I have now arranged for someone to send d medicine directly to UAE. With this kind of service, customers will suffer and could even lose their lives based on ur promised

@IndiaPostOffice I sent medicine to my mother in the UAE, I asked the Speed Post official how long it would take. He told me it should arrive within 7 days and would cost around 1600-1700. & parcel options cost 280 with a delivery time of 15-20 days. Still medicine not deliver
