@patchpatchusa @Docktus_ @CreepyOrg Overspeed only works when the car is going in the down direction, not up. A lot of the newer traction (cable) emanating have rope (cable) grippers that will clamp down on them if it reads unintended motion in the up direction
@SquizzyWizzyPus @WaifuZoros @babelfish5@pattonoswalt Here's a shortened, really simple video for you, so you don't have to actually read....

@Mannix322@tariqnasheed They are... but where does it end? Too many times have "superiority" lead to genocides. Allowing this kind of thought process and ideology to go unchecked leads to crime and atrocities that echo through whole communities. It's not just race either...misogyny, homophobia, religion
@paparoach So many songs & bands have touched parts of my soul but @bfmvofficial and @ATRhq have helped me vent so much rage & depression in the gym to cope over the years with undiagnosed manic depression, a divorce, single parent life & hard knocks starting over
@Big_Chungus_Ork @DaveHun80688195@engineers_feed Well evidently I have to keep repeating it bcuz you seem to be one of the few that actually read π€·ββοΈ
@EvilGeniusElon@engineers_feed Again... for like the 3rd time.... not an engineer
And also didn't insult anyone... merely stated they don't know what they're talking about
@ABlueFunk @skuancho @engineers_feed Really?! So you can't see the flare of the primary tube at the right side?! And tell me that you don't know how carburetors work without actually telling me.... π
@skuancho @engineers_feed I'm absolutely not & can cite several applications, principles & real world designs where this is used (again.... carburetor)
@luigi_sgl@joshdvne@engineers_feed The fact that you have nothing better to do then research my BS makes my heart happy... that's why you sensitive sorts sit in offices & not out in the field with real workers π
@DaveHun80688195@engineers_feed Not an engineer... the difference is I have real world, applicable & practical experience in multiple fields where this principle is used π
@luigi_sgl@engineers_feed (2/2) The expected number of entries in the map and its load factor should be taken into account when setting its initial capacity, so as to minimize the number of rehash operations. If the initial capacity is greater than the maximum number of entries divided by the load factor
@luigi_sgl@engineers_feed (1/2)As a general rule, the default load factor (.75) offers a good tradeoff between time and space costs. Higher values decrease the space overhead but increase the lookup cost (reflected in most of the operations of the HashMap class, including get and put).
