Finally got to take my rig out for some science on Sat night. Still got some things to dial in with the new gear, but I'm just glad I was able to get in some time with some clear skies after 84yrs. #astrophotography

Finally getting around to going through some of the shots I got of the Lunar Eclipse the other night. The viewing conditions were garbo due to the weather, but still glad I got to see it! #astrophotography#LunarEclipse2026

Probably some of the hardest lyrics to understand in a song. Back then, we couldn’t google the words. Sometimes, if you bought the album, the lyrics were in the liner notes but not always. Still, a great song.
She is good. But the gentleman on the acoustic guitar is NOTHING short of a magician. Unbelievable!😲

"Loser" was recorded entirely in the living room of producer Carl Stephenson, released in 1994 on the album Mellow Gold, the song became the biggest hit of Beck's career, reaching #10 on the Billboard Hot 100. https://t.co/GF6CagHRmQ
Long before Tool became known for sprawling, progressive epics, "Sober" announced a band with a sound unlike anything else in heavy music. Driven by Justin Chancellor's predecessor Paul D'Amour's brooding bassline, Adam Jones' crushing guitar work and Maynard James Keenan's haunting vocal, the song became the breakthrough that introduced Tool to a worldwide audience. Their Reading Festival performance in 1993 captured the intensity and mystery that would define the band's reputation for decades.
Few 1990s alternative songs announced themselves as strangely as "Cannonball." With its distorted bass intro, off-kilter groove and Kim Deal's cool, understated vocal, The Breeders turned oddness into a hit. Their Pinkpop performance in 1994 captured the band at their commercial peak, bringing one of the decade's most distinctive indie rock singles to a major festival stage.
This 1679 “Sabionari” Stradivarius is the only playable guitar by Antonio Stradivari left in this world.🤗
So take just a moment to hear a sound that’s well over 300 years old!👇❤️🔥
Woke up to some sad news this morning. Country music outlaw David Allan Coe passed away last night. He never tried to fit in Nashville b/c never needed to. He lived hard, sang honest & gave us songs that still echo in every dive bar, backroad holler & country road across the nation.
RIP David Allan Coe

Rise, guitar historians! This is the sound of freedom.
I learned "Muddy Road" from a 1960s recording of Claude Wolfenbarger of Grainger County, Tennessee. The first part of the melody is the same as "Willie Moore." My instrument is a traditional gourd banjo handmade by myself. My tuning is dADF♯A ~ gDGBD.
