In another @CAREhealth snafu when you try to book a heart health checkup, different hospitals show up each time with the dropdown menu. Sometimes the Submit button is hidden by the keyboard, which refuses to go away after you’ve typed the OTP.

One @CAREhealth tool asks you choose from an unsorted endless dropdown list of network hospitals — from all over India, when I’ve already started my location as Mumbai. The list is not sorted alphabetically, by state, city or locality.
