I work in telecommunications. And i can pretty much gurantee that Apple will remain the biggest in phone market.
But yes if Elon comes with his phone, it will need to be something really special!

@MattWallace888 I dont think you realise how pwoerful Apple is. Apple is the only company that controls its entire network of production and selling. Produces its own software that is entirely controlled by Apple itself. The only other mobile manufacture has managed to do this is Google.
