Your website should answer these questions within 5 seconds:
โข What do you do? โข Who do you help? โข Why should I trust you? โข What should I do next?
If visitors can't find these answers quickly, they'll leave.
Alright, while different websites are being built for different purposes.
An e-commerce website or an online store website should be able to convert visitors to customers or allow customers to make purchases. (Meaning, sales).
So that kind of website isn't complete when it can't allow users to be able to take the action that the business owner wants them to perform.
Moreover, if the architecture of such a website is complete and yet getting visitors but no conversation. That means it requires proper auditing to detect what is actually causing the problem.
Because having 10k visitors and no sales means you are having the wrong audience or wrong visibility.
A simple business formula everyone should understand:
Skill + Visibility = Opportunities
Product + Visibility = Sales
Value + Visibility = Growth
Many people already have the first part.
They just need more visibility.
