The amount you have refunded £137.95 bears no resemblance to the cost of my cancelled trip I can only assum this is for the seat reservation.

all of whom make excuses and promises. I am told 3 times that you have the money from BA, your company is clearly holding back funds fraudulently, I would warn everyone NOT TO BOOK WITH KIWI !!!

in the last 3 weeks all of whom promise that you have the funds from BA and make different excuses why the finance department have not paid me. What on earth are Kiwi doing customer service is appalling and funds are being basically embezzled. Please chase this for me!
