It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved founder and leader, Mark Humphreys. Mark’s family and our HPA family will all be grieving together in the days ahead. He will be greatly missed, but the industry is forever changed and his legacy will live on.

Hungry to Hopeful! Our Chicago office had a wonderful time volunteering at The Greater Chicago Food Depository.

In 2.5 hours they packed 449 boxes which is equal to 5,835 pounds. This will provide 304 meals per volunteer, 4,862 meals total!

Construction is underway on our project, Jomax Apartments in Phoenix, AZ.

This 3-building, 242-unit community offers 4,500 square feet of amenity space, including a clubhouse, outdoor pool, tennis court and courtyards.

We are excited to share a new student housing project, The Nine at Columbia.

This community offers an upscale student housing conveniently located near the USC’s campus. The 486-bed project consists of a five-story building next to a six 2-story townhome buildings.

The Green is the first student housing contiguous to Utah Valley University’s campus. It will consist of five buildings of single-occupancy rooms, a parking structure and unique amenities to the area.

The Jolly Roger is a new student housing project located in Greenville, NC. It is a seven-story, 804-bedroom complex that encompasses two city blocks.

Our team had an amazing time attending the ribbon cutting that was hosted by Dewitt Carolinas, WIMCO and T.A. Loving Company.
