@united The expectation is to adhere to the DOT standards, in terms of providing compensation.
This is not grey area. We were involuntarily pulled from our flight, and no cash compensation (up to 400%) were allotted to us.

Went to the airport only to find out that @united involuntarily bumped my family (including a toddler) and me from my flight. No warning, no reason and no compensation (per DOT standards) provided for the inconvenience. As a result, missed a family wedding.

Excuse my ignorance, but today I learned about the tragic death of #JohnCrawfordIII. A white privledged man, Ronald Ritchie, called the cops on an unarmed black man allegedly claiming that he was pointing a gun at Walmart patrons. I’m sorry for not learning about this earlier.
