Tucker Kraft faces off against the Buccaneers here in week 4 and I love this matchup for him. Tampa Bay has always been a great run defense in recent years, that's no different this season as they give up the 2nd fewest rush yards to RB's and the fewest YPC at 2.89.

The Packers offensive line has been terrible and so has the run game without Jacobs, so I expect high pass volume. We've already seen that be the case as GB has the highest pass rate in NFL.

Kraft is over this line in 1/3 games, the over coming vs the Vikings. This is a very similar matchup to what he'll face vs TB as they are a blitz heavy defense that has limits the run well too. MIN is 1st in blitz% while the Bucs are 3rd.

What this means is the ball has to get out quicker when pressure is coming, Kraft is that shorter ADOT player for the Packers while Watson/Golden are downfield threats. Tucker had 65 yards vs Vikings, so I see him thriving in this similar matchup being available on the "hot routes" when Love has to get rid of it quick upon pressure.

In week 2 he played 98% of the snaps but had just 15 yards in a low scoring game in bad weather vs NYJ. Last week Kraft came up short, but this was mostly due to some flukey drops. He had 8 targets which is very encouraging usage.

The Buccaneers have been vulnerable to TE's, giving up 78 yards to Gesicki and 54 yards to Fannin. Overall Tampa ranks 25th vs inline targets, Kraft runs 71% of his routes from inline.

Bucs also give up the 5th most yards after catch and have 8th most missed tackles. Kraft is typically great getting YAC and using his size and athletic ability to shed tackles for extra yards.

Coach Lafleur already hinted at adjustments in the pass game for Green Bay getting the TE/RB's more involved in pass game and getting the ball out quicker due to the poor offensive line play. A great spot all around here and nice buy low opportunity.
