Acabei de voltar do prédio dos meus pais que fica na P. Cacique. Água baixando mesmo com o Guaíba aumentando de nível, graças às bombas de drenagem que voltaram a funcionar. Então é de se supor que se as casas de bombas funcionassem, a cidade não estaria alagada. @Prefeitura_POA
