We express our serious concern regarding the constant violation of Sunghoon’s privacy, despite the several notices and legal actions previously issued by BELIFT LAB.

It is deeply alarming and unacceptable that Sunghoon’s personal boundaries continue to be violated time and time again. Let us be clear: SASAENGS ARE NOT FANS. Any “fan” who deliberately invades an artist’s privacy, follows them beyond official schedules, or inserts themselves into their personal spaces is not acting out of support, but out of entitlement and disregard for Sunghoon’s safety and well-being.

For BELIFT LAB’s consideration, it is evident that previous measures have not been sufficient to deter these actions. Sunghoon should not have to sacrifice his privacy, security, or peace of mind simply because others refuse to respect basic boundaries. No artist deserves to live under constant intrusion, and no company should allow such persistent violations to become normalised. Sunghoon’s safety, privacy, and well-being must be protected with the urgency and seriousness they deserve.

These constant incidents highlight a continued failure to ensure the safety and privacy of your own Artists. These are not isolated occurrences: they are part of an ongoing pattern that has repeatedly exposed Sunghoon to situations that are invasive, distressing, and potentially unsafe. We are tired of seeing the same violations happen over and over again.

🚨 We would also like to remind all ENGENEs not to engage with, share, or repost any photos or videos obtained without Sunghoon’s consent. By spreading that content, you contribute to the violation of his privacy and even encourage such behaviour. As such, please do as follows instead:
