Hi @garyleff @OneMileataTime hope you guys can help here. On an aa issued(award)ticket @British_Airways cancelled my first EU segment. Neither airline wants to help, they’re just pointing at each other. Totally SOL here. 1, Who is responsible? (2, honestly, wtf?)

@garyleff @OneMileataTime @British_Airways @AmericanAir BUD. No IB for the dates. Asked them to open up space from MAD-JFK/DFW-LAx and I’d make my way to MAD but they said no way buddy.
