@den_srey20955@KhaosodEnglish Nobody in the real world gives a shit what the ICJ thinks. Maybe Keir Starmer perhaps. Everyone else rightly ignores them.
@JamesPGoddard90@KhaosodEnglish This is only the first court. If the sentence is death, they’ll probably fight it all the way to supreme court, which could easily take another decade. Who knows if the sentence will stand or if capital punishment will still be legal by then
Henry Nowak died the same way a civilization dies: abandoned, handcuffed by authorities who neither trusted nor cared for him, and accused of hate crimes he did not commit. His murder is as tragic as it is enraging. He should still be alive today, and he would be if the last few generations of European elites had stood their ground against the politics of self-hatred and the mass invasion of migrants, many of whom despise the West and the people who love it.
Henry was far from the first to so needlessly lose his life, and I fear he won’t be the last. Each time a life like his is lost, the proper response—the only response—is righteous anger. One of the most important things the Trump administration has proven to the world is that stopping the flow of mass migration and defending national sovereignty is a matter of political will and leadership. Anything else is an excuse.
It is because we love the West that we want to preserve it. We love our civilization. We love our country. We love our children. And nobody—nobody—should ever die the way that Henry Nowak died. May God comfort those who loved him, and may God rest his soul.
@imadethis_x@TheBritLad@susiebirch30 Problem is Pride month feels much more focused on trans politics these days. Pride has achieved what it originally set out to do. What trans politics is now asking for seems unreasonable to me and harmful to women’s rights.
@ChristineW7@Joni249510@GSpellchecker Yes, but upper-class black people still wouldn’t have been described as white-armed. Seriously, why would she be black given the historical and cultural context?
@RhonddaBryant This kind of mindset is part of why the country is in this state. Why would reviewing thousands of cases take years? Do you really think it would take that long in places like Japan or China?
@SeneddWaste Remember after 20mph backlash, the Welsh Government was forced to reassess the policy. The BBC reported it but didn’t mention that the review was led by Phil Jones, who introduced it in the first place, omitting key context to protect labour/plaid
@YourFellowArab Yes, in terms of crime it's safer than most major western cities, but road safety is among the worst in the world. Watch where you cross and don’t trust motorcycle taxis.
@cjsnowdon I broke my arm in an accident few years back and had to wait 12 hours in A&E. While waiting saw an elderly person faint and another bloke have a seizure. Honestly felt like a third world country. I’ve been to A&E in Thailand and it wasn’t nearly as bad as the NHS has become
@kinsleysteph76@PlaidExposed I’d love to one day, but its association with separatism has put me off. Even though it shouldn’t be politicised. Also hardly anyone speaks it where I live in the south, and the few who do switch to English if you’re not perfectly fluent.
@kinsleysteph76@PlaidExposed Ynys Môn is the official Welsh name for Anglesey. I don’t know or particularly care about its etymology. I’m not a Welsh speaker.
@PhenomenalF8@TheWelshGoose High energy costs, high taxes, highly regulated. Main types of green energy here (wind and solar) aren't reliable. Plaid isn't going to lower taxes for big tech, better off staying in the US or Ireland. London has similar problems but it's global hub for finance and fintech
