@SouthwestAir changed my flight to take advantage of the cheaper fare and have not received my travel voucher/says the reservation is not ticketed. Been on hold over an hour. Please help!

@Uber - WTF. My girl checked her drivers’ plates and got in her ride, driver made her uncomfortable and asked her name - refused to tell her who he was their to pick up. And then made her get out and walk home. Late. In Baltimore city. BLAMED WOMEN FOR BEING STUPID LATE AT NIGHT.

@Uber_Support That’s great - she has - but privacy policy? What about the rest of us that might encounter this unsafe behavior? How are you going to protect your riders? What will you do to remove this driver? #dontridewithRand
@AskTarget This is a HUGE inconvenience for something that is supposed to help your customers save time. $5 for my time, gas and energy is the best you can offer?
@Target is the worst - attempted order online pickup in store to save time, received wrong item - 3 stores later and I can’t even return it because I have to wait 24 hours. Wasted time, gas and energy and still have to go back tomorrow to return. Never again.
@AskTarget Resolution? Ran around all day, after your system said item was available in multiple stores and wasn’t. And still have to go back to the store tomorrow to return the item since policy wouldn’t allow me to return an item that was incorrectly given to me in the 1st place.
