Hey @IndiGo6E. Your web check-in doesn't allow to proceed further without making a seat selection stating If it's within 3 hours from departure I need to select a seat. So I am FORCED to pay additional charges, coz no seats rfree. What nonsensical cheap moves r these?!@DGCAIndia

@RGIAHyd Thank you for your quick response and guidance but is that a justification for lethargy and the poor show of staff at immigration counters?! If not would appreciate some clarity, atleast on your official page about the operational challenges if any

@RGIAHyd There are 16 immigration counters at present and only 5 of them have immigration officers. Rest are all empty. The wait line is horrendously long and is very counter intuitive and stressful for passengers. Your staff is not helpful or considerate.We expect better process
