today I binged and gained it all back 😃 crazy how I walked 300k steps and it didn't matter at all. Maybe I had 1200 cals today. I also had over 3L of water so hopefully it's water weight. Anyways, I'm starting a fast to compensate.

I literally stopped going because the teacher wanted me to be put on a diet. I tried those clothes recently and they still fit me. That's the amount of damage ballet did to me lol
